Had a horrible experience..... My father is in hospice and I am in charge of getting his affairs in order. Went to close a safe deposit box and was treated so incredibly rude!!! Was not aware of the fact they closed earlier than other banks so I was there at the last minute but that is no excuse!!! Going through an extremely hard time right now and a little compassion would have gone a long way. Instead, I was treated as if I was doing something wrong. I am surprised my father would do any business with such a rude and unfriendly company!!!
Could use WAY more staff at prime banking times! This branch only had 2 employees running all the drive through lanes on a Saturday morning. Waited a 1/2 hour or more to make a deposit. Teller's are nice and do their best.
